Listen to your body

During this session there is extra time and attention for you and what is going on. We take time for rest, conversation, Body Mind Language and massage.

This extra long session is intended to gain new insights, release tension and experience renewed balance.

We will work with the unique and creative Body Mind Language method. We bring together the power of the non-verbal information that the body provides with the messages hidden in spoken language.
The Mindful Touch Massage helps you to pay even more attention to different areas of your body. The aromatherapy massage involves refined and conscious touches over the entire body. This massage is therefore experienced as a complete body experience and soothes the overstimulated autonomic nervous system. With the aromatherapy massage the emphasis is on what is experienced in the body. The attentive touch creates awareness for the language of the body.
